I’m Lea Marie Dahl, and I love spreadsheets.

For as long as I can remember, putting things in order has just made sense to me. I’m naturally inclined to organise things, since lists, plans, and timelines give me a sense of calm. At the same time, I’ve learned when to loosen my grip a little, especially in environments where energy, people, and unpredictability take over.

However, it wasn’t until I worked in finance that I realised I wanted to apply my coordinate and organisational skills in my professional life, which led me to study project management within music and event. Looking at it now, it makes perfect sense: I like structure, but I’ve always been drawn to creative expression, even if I haven’t always actively practiced it myself.

With a background in behavioural science, I’m also curious about what builds strong team dynamics and how small moments can shape how a team feels and performs. In project management, I’ve found that the best results often come when people are involved throughout the process, allowing ideas to evolve collectively.
